I really do not condone, illegal street racing, not at all, but people really need to try to think about this from every single perspective that is possible.
By a Prince George's County judge, the driver who admitted participating in an illegal street race had been sentenced to fifteen years in prison.
It is understood that the precise race in question had actually caused the deaths of eight people, and this had occurred only just a little more than two years ago in a place that is known as Accokeek.
