I have been living in my new house for about 6 months now. I live in the city so the houses are all close by. My house isn't even on a main street. The person who lives in front of me is on the main street and my house is actually in the back yard. The entrance to the front of my house is in the alley between the two streets. That is were I park my car. Anyhow, The neighbor that lives across the alley also parks out there most of the time. The alley is in the back of his house. I don't know why he doesn't park in his driveway in the front of his house. For six months now I have had a problem with him.
For as long as I have known him he hasn't had a job. Which is fine. I'm not one to judge. But what I can't stand is the fact that he has no respect for any of his neighbor's that do work. Almost every single night he in and out of the alley. He does this until like 5 in the morning most times. Where it becomes a problem is that he has an aftermarket exhaust system on his car. It one of those really loud ones. Every time he comes down the alley he pops in his clutch and revs up his engine. WHY!? My bedroom window is right by the alley! Rather than just driving into the alley and parking his car like a normal person, he would rather be an ass and rev his engine 5 times before he parks it.
When I first moved in, instead of having to hear his exhaust, I had to listen to his sound system in his car. That thing is so loud! The bass would rattle my windows at 2 in the morning when I am asleep. Then my neighbor finally called the cops one day so he had to keep the music off. Now he figures that he will just rev the engine instead.
