Illegal drag racing is not called illegal for some lame reason. Basically, it is endangering the lives of you, the one you're with and the unsuspecting general public that could either be passers-by or local neighborhood people. These kinds of issues have been a big problem to most streets in the United states but after this was implemented, things got a little better. to what this is, is what you can read here:
