When did you start your website and why?

I am a fan of F1 Racing and I'm excited about Britains new Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton, one of the youngest drivers ever to be signed to Mclaren.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

My website is a fansite for Lewis Hamilton, I am an avid fan and I hope to use my knowlege to its best ability to aggregate news, rumours and progress of Lewis in the 2007 Grand Prix.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

I enjoy building websites, but the most dificult part for me is settling for a design

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

I love adding the latest stories before they break in the mainstream news..

What was your biggest mistake?

None.

I have a very handy web designer whom I often get a little help from..

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

My website is just a fansite, although I hope to make it pay a little back through google ads.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

I do a lot of shopping on the internet for products that I'd prefer to read about in detail before purchasing..

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

I think the best way is to be open and have a clear and to the point website..

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

Search engines are great! I worry about googles omnipotence though..

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I often use adsense, but for a fansite like this I hope it will be simply through directory listings and word of mouth..

What method has been least successful for promoting your website?

Every method has its benefits, not all work straight away..

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

Less spam, splogs and general internet blockages..
