Municipal leaders of Lodz - a Polish city, have an effective remedy to the problems of illegal street racing by organizing the street racing on the city's main avenue. The city 780,000 population is now dubbed as the Street racing capital of Poland. Illegal street racing was reduced by 80 - 90 percent upon the launch of the monthly and legal night street race.
