When street racing already kills innocent civilians, then it is the time to stop it.
Forest Bryson, whose wife was killed in a road accident due to street racing, is hoping that after his wife's death, racers will already get the message that their "sport" is killing dozens of innocent people every year.
As he puts it, "This kind of thing can't continue in our town."
