Street Racing Apprehension Resulted to Catastrophe

Illegal street racing has been a problem of many concerned residents and local government due to the fatality and incident reports related to the said "sport". Most of the time, the apprehension of these street race drivers resulted to shooting and car chases. One similar event is what happened to Buttonwillow, California as an officer of California Highway Patrol allegedly fired indiscriminately to an alleged speeding vehicle wounding a 14-year old girl.
