This is really ridiculous. I personally is annoyed about what happened. Could you imagine yourself carefully driving and then all of a sudden somebody's car will struck you. Well, only God knows what will happen next. This is so unfortunate for the victims of this accident. I really hope that those repeat offenders, street racing, or other traffic offenses will addressed properly by the proper authorities.
